For the past two years since the death of my sister I paid the fee for the seasonal flowers to be put on the grave. Each year when Mother's Day arrived our family went to my sister's grave to find it with no flowers and only bare dirt. Each time the person in the office politely apologized. After the first year, I assumed it was an anomaly. After the second year, it seems to be shoddy customer care.
