I wanted to pay with a check. The cashier put the check through 3 times and then it printed out a message on the back saying i had to call an 800 number. I do not write checks that would not be good. I went straight to the bank and sure enough my account was fine. I have plenty of money in the account to have covered the check. It was very embarrassing that this happened. I even went to the customer service desk at thst store and they were of no help. I do spend enough money at kohls and felt very embarrassed that this happened. I do believe yhat the cashier really didnt know how to process a check form of payment.

I was having a very good shopping experience until I got to cashier and I forgot my reward 5 dollar coupon. She rolled her eyes in disgust as of I were holding her back. Wow so sorry. Isn't that what u get paid for. Lighten up
Huge store but laid out well. Staff is friendly. Only challenge is the parking at the HIP
