I went this morning to buy supplies for family in Puerto Rico devastated by Hurricane Maria. A worker by the name of Pablo asked me if I needed any help. I explained to him I needed flashlights and batteries and boxes to PR to ship out to my family. He told me he himself had family out there and asked if there was anything that he could help out with. I was so touched and moved by his empathy I didn't know how to respond , he ended up offering and buying out of his own hard earned money flashlights for me to send to my family. This is what going above and beyond for not only a customer but for a human being. For a complete stranger to show support and invest his time and money is priceless. Ace Hardware on Cumberland and Lawrence has their most valued employee there Pablo. Thank you again Pablo for all of your help and your kind heart. Not enough words to describe your generosity and support for a total stranger. I am a customer for life at this Ace Hardware store and will not shop at any other hardware store because they have personally impacted me and there will always be this humanitarian tie to them. He made for me mail box with custom chain which i can put at truck yard on fence for my drivers to drop papers . this mail box is very helpful for me now.
